Capiter is a b2b marketplace that brings together FMCGs, Wholesalers and merchants to the same platform, enabling merchants to order their products through the e-commerce platform and receive credit on their purchases. As of today it’s serving +20k merchants and +150 FMCGs and wholesalers.The focus is to create value for merchants and improve their income.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creates strategies and plans for merchant engagement.

  • Assigns resources from the company to the client

  • Develop processes and take steps to create a positive experience for clients

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams

  • Build with the team a yearly calendar for events and activities targeting merchants.

  • Create reports and tracking tools for KPIs tracking process.

  • Work closely with other stakeholders to improve existing products and services.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients

  • A positive upbeat attitude

  • Excellent customer focus

  • Sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proven record in team management.

  • Great organizational skills

  • Experience managing projects

  • Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and  communication skills.
