This role requires identifying gaps in the supply chain domain of Capiter - Outbound (Fulfilment) & Inbound (Logistic, Selection systems) and building scalable tech solutions to deliver best customer experience in the market. This role will work closely with the senior management and support in creating product strategy and roadmap. The person will completely own the launch plan of the features and will measure the impact of the various projects that has been launched.
Key Result Areas (Accountability & Responsibility of the role)
Act as a leader within the company & help drive product innovation into the Capiter Supply Chain.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analyse key SCM and Operations market trends for product innovation and enhancements in eCommerce
Maintain your roadmap and milestones
Design the software system backbone for day-to-day operations of various delivery logistics and warehouse fulfilment operations software products
Define your features write PRDs, specs and user stories
Manage the daily workflow with a team of engineers and designers
Analyse the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them.
Ensure we ship well-crafted product at a timely pace.
Perform complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to reduce cost and increase profitability
Identify and manage product issues, complete root cause analysis, provide escalation management and anticipate tradeoffs.
Ideate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the initiatives, features and enhancements based on data & evidence driven methodologies.
You will work very closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including and not limited to business development teams, operations team, software developers, embedded engineers, design engineers, data scientists and business analysts.
You will - at any point in time - be juggling on multiple projects within the work-stream at different stages of development.
You will own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives and utilise metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
You will measure improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in an analytically-heavy discipline such as Engineering, Finance or Mathematics (or work experience to that effect)
Proficiency in analytical tools including MS Excel, SQL etc.
2-4+ years of prior in supply chain domain /operations/ Logistic in a Saas or e-commerce company.
Experience in building and scaling high performance cross functional project teams.
Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
Preferred Qualifications ( not mandatory) :
MBA degree from Premier institute / Prior start up experience will be preferred
Prior supply chain, logistic , WMS, TMS work experience.
