Job description:

  • performs a variety of monitoring, investigating, and troubleshooting requiring a wide knowledge of; company products, databases, and operating systems.

Technical Support Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL Databases

  • General knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud

  • Working Knowledge of Software

  • Ability to learn and master employer-specific software

  • Complex problem solving

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of reported production issues.

  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting production issues by checking apps logs, databases, and internal resources to identifying the root causes.

  • Reporting the production issues in a unified channel with the team and following up until the resolution.

  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Ensure all issues are properly logged and had a clear status.
