Technical Support Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of SQL Databases
General knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud
Working Knowledge of Software
Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
Complex problem solving
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to diagnose & address application issues
Taking ownership of reported production issues.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting production issues by checking apps logs, databases, and internal resources to identifying the root causes.
Reporting the production issues in a unified channel with the team and following up until the resolution.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure all issues are properly logged and had a clear status.
