Capiter is a b2b marketplace that brings together FMCGs, Wholesalers and merchants to the same

platform, enabling merchants to order their products through the e-commerce platform and receive

credit on their purchases. As of today it’s serving +20k merchants and +150 FMCGs and wholesalers.

Responsibilities:


⮚ He/She will coordinate the daily activities of telesales agents engaged in promoting and

selling our products and installations of our app over the phone by using our existing sales

pitch.

⮚ Develop and manages sales assignments as directed by the management.

⮚ Train sales staff when required and giving feedback and following up on it

⮚ Devise ways to optimize procedures and keeping the agents motivated

⮚ Measure performance with key performance indicators (KPI'S)

⮚ Keep management informed on issues and problems and take any necessary action when

required as directed by management

⮚ Prepare Daily / monthly sales and performance reports.

⮚ Enforce adherence to policies and values of Capiter based on KPIS and established

procedures.

⮚ Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams set by management.

 

Requirements:


⮚ Hands-on experience as call centre supervisor in a fast-paced environment preferably from

an e-commerce or retail background

⮚ Experience in customer handling and customer services

⮚ Working knowledge in Ms-office, able to handle large sums of data,

⮚ Need to be tech-savvy with knowledge relevant to computer applications.

⮚ Result oriented with a positive approach

⮚ Proficient in English, good communication required and be able to speak, read and write

English in addition to the local language skills,

⮚ Ability to work under pressure

 

Education: An Undergraduate Degree with relevant experience
