About the job
• Manage a complex high-volume recruitment process to meet all customer SLAs.
• Support operations team in the Middle East in high-volume recruitment.
• Build relationships and work proactively with internal stakeholders.
• Utilize relevant channels to source candidates. Manage pipeline internal as well as 3P agencies pipelines ensuring candidates meet hiring bar prior to on-boarding.
• Owns hiring process, and HRS relationship to build and constantly improve candidate on-boarding experience.
• Report on sourcing channel measures of success.
• Collate HVH data for reports, produce trend analysis.
• Compile data for Headcount.
• Own pipeline reporting.
• Support process audit.
- Work Experience: 2-6 Years relevant work experience
- V.good English.
- Selling & Convincing skills.
