platform, enabling merchants to order their products through the e-commerce platform and receive

credit on their purchases. As of today it’s serving +20k merchants and +150 FMCGs and wholesalers.

Job Purpose:

 

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us acquiring new accounts and meet

revenue targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will play a pivotal role in

developing & managing all business aspects for Away From Home accounts across Egypt as well

as managing & developing brands within these accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Build & implement strategic plans to incorporate regional market analysis & trends,

promotional calendar, evaluation of the competition, identification & tracking of new business

targets, review of growth opportunities in key accounts, brand merchandising and customer

service.

Negotiate & finalize agreements with the Away From Home accounts, each according to its

classification & criteria.

Develop & maintain superior customer wiring system across all accounts in the designated

area.

Establish effective relationships and work jointly with other departments (Marketing, Finance,

Supply chain, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities, as well as enhance

various processes affecting the business.

Maintain physical field presence to re-inforce channel strategy, execution of contract terms,

identify top performers, maintain string and tight relationship with the accounts, avoid over

dues & collect market feedback.

Report competitive activities to the Sales & Marketing managers as is & when it happens.

 

Reports to: National Sales Manager- Retail.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor Degree in Business or Commerce

Hands-on 2 years of experience in a similar scope in a fast-paced environment from a

FMCGs Sales background, and HORECA or Modern Trade background.

Hands-on experience in acquiring new accounts and meet sales returns.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Outstanding strategic agility mindset and conflict management skills.

Customer oriented with a positive approach.

Proactive in solving problems, providing innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
