Main Job Duties:
Reach out to and identify potential partners to propose Capiter's different activities.
Source opportunities through calls, emails and meetings.
Collaborate with management and teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partners.
Responsible for execution and achieving the targets for the special projects under the partnerships department.
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and goals.
Implement and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded activities.
Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnerships
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ marketing or commerce
3-5 Years of experience in a similar scope
FMCGs Sales background or Modern Trade background.
Hands-on experience in acquiring new accounts and meeting sales KPIs.
Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
